Step 1: 

Take 2 oz of Dry Sea Moss, rinse under water to remove any sand, or other debris. Rinse as many times as needed to clean the Sea Moss.

Step 2: 

Use a large bowl, to soak your Sea Moss in Spring or Alkaline water, Soak the Sea Moss for 6-12 hours. Leave on kitchen counter or somewhere safe at room temperature.

Step 3:

Now, Combine 4 oz of the wet Sea Moss with 2 cups of Alkaline or Spring water and place in your Blender and blend until smooth.
