If you are missing any important Information in your address USPS will not be able to deliver your package.


Shipping Policy:

Orders are shipped Via USPS Priority Mail within (1-3 Business Days) AFTER an order is placed on our website. Our Business Days Exclude Weekends and Holidays. 

You will receive a Tracking Number via Email Once Your Package is Shipped. Check your email for all order updates.

USPS Delivery Time:

USPS Priority Mail delivery Time is within 2-3 days. Please keep in mind delays may happen with mailing services.

Wholesale Packages/ Sea Moss Starter Packages: 

Preparation time for Sea Moss Wholesale and Starter Packages can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. thank you for your patience while we do our best to ship your package as quickly as possible. 

Cancellation Policy:

Customers have Within 24 Hours To Make Any Necessary Changes to their order Before We Begin Processing Their Order. During the processing time, customers will Not be able To Make Any Changes. So, Please Contact Us Immediately for Changes to your order.


Refunds Or Exchanges:

Due to the Nature of Our Products We can NOT Offer any Refunds or Exchanges. All Sales Are Final for The Health and Safety of our customers.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages: 

We are NOT Responsible for Any Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages.

A Tracking Number will be sent to your Email as soon as your package is Shipped, If you have questions on your package please contact USPS. We Do NOT Replace Any Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages.  


Do we Require a Signature for Delivery? 

The only Orders that require a signature are Wholesale Orders, Sea Moss Business Packages, and orders over $100.

If You are unavailable on the expected arrival date of your package, You Can Request To Have Your Package Held At Your Local USPS Post Office At www.usps.com 

 Common Sea Moss Questions:

My Sea Moss arrived warm or in a liquid form is it still good? 

Yes!!! Absolutely, don't worry! Your Sea Moss  is still Good. All you have to do is place it in the Refrigerator and allow it to thicken back to its original state. 

Our Sea Moss gel is Always Made Fresh 💚 and prepared the day of, or the day prior to the shipping date. Our Jars are securely sealed, and Ice Packs are included in each package to keep Items cool during Transit. Please Refrigerate upon arrival. 

If you prefer to make your own Sea Moss from home, we encourage you to purchase our Dry Sea Moss.

Shipping Sea Moss outside of U.S.

Our Sea Moss GEL  must be consumed within a certain amount of time, so we can only offer it to U.S. customers.  

Customers from other Countries can purchase our RAW Sea Moss, and prepare it at home. 

What are the signs of Expired Sea Moss?

Expired Sea Moss will have Green or Black Mold, with a slimy texture, and have a strong Foul Odor.

Does Sea Moss have an Side Effects? 

Sea Moss is typically Safe to Consume, However, some Side Effects may Include:

  • Burning or Reddening of the skin
  • Itchy or Irritated Skin
  • Nausea and or Vomiting
